You may be wondering where the name CR Barn came from. Well, CR simply stands for Collin and Randi—our names! We couldn’t quite come up with a business name that we both agreed on, so… CR Barn it is! Both of us grew up right here in the area. Collin attended Chamberlain School, while Randi attended Kimball School. Even though we grew up just nine miles apart, we never really knew each other until college. That’s where we got to know each other, and the rest, as they say, is history. We got married in 2025—secretly at first, and then publicly in 2026!

In 2025, we made a big decision: we were going to make this barn our home. We moved the barn a few miles south from its original location and began turning it into something that was not only ours, but something we could share with others. In 2026, CR Barn officially opened its doors for business—and we officially moved into the barn, too! Yep, you read that right. We really do live in a barn!

When we aren’t working at CR Barn, we both have jobs in town and help out on our families’ farms. Life can keep us busy, but we enjoy making time for the things we love. In our free time, you’ll usually find us watching movies or TV shows, playing cards or board games, camping, boating, or simply spending time with our families.

CR Barn is more than just a business to us. It’s a piece of our story, our home, and a place we’re excited to share with our community. We’re so glad you’re here and hope you’ll enjoy CR Barn as much as we do!
